💪 Challenge
By accepting the GbR in Germany, Qonto is moving towards the mission of 2nd initiative: create Europe’s broadest and most efficient B2B onboarding experience and boost the # of Register start, as well as % of KYB validated. As a challenge, we also have the tech's bandwith: 3-4 weeks for development of V1 max To meet this short deadline, some specific cases have been excluded from the scope: entry of a new shareholder, change/death of one of the shareholders, closure of the account, users from other countries must be blocked when creating a GbR

2% of GbR businesses will be KYB validated by October 15th, 2022 (1 month after release)
💎 Solution
The idea was to offer a dedicated onboarding flow to existing GbRs. To go quickly, we took the "classic" onboarding flows and modified them to fit the GbRs, by asking for the right documents for example, etc
